About

The North Carolina Assembly has been called back into session.

Our North Carolina State Assembly is dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational land and soil jurisdiction. Reconstructing the State and County governments of the people, by the people and for the people of North Carolina.  All while pursuing the preservation of the National Trust, the enforcement of the Public Law, the upholding of the Constitution for The United States of America, which is owed to North Carolinians.  The repopulation of our land and soil together with its jurisdiction which was fought and won by our founding Fathers and blessed by Almighty God; restoring the Public Offices forcefully vacated through intimidation and fraud; and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets by the people as being self-governed.

This Nation, North Carolina, is a Republic, not a democracy as is falsely assumed by some. We, the children of Almighty God, North Carolinians, domiciled on the land and soil of this Nation State, are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights which cannot be infringed upon in any manner whatsoever.

To these ends, we the living people of North Carolina, answering the call from the Federation of States (The United States of America [unincorporated]) have called the eligible North Carolina nationals and electors to assemble and to serve as state assembly men and women officers, and we have established the process and procedure to qualify assembly members and those competent to serve as North Carolina State Citizens and Public Officers. We do this peacefully and without rancor in the exercise of our unincorporated powers and capacities.
